At Mélusine, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not entirely happy with your order, you can return or exchange any item within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Log into our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare the Package

  Place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the products are in their original, unused condition.

• 3.
  Ship the Items

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided in the portal to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned goods, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5 to 7 business days to your original payment method.
